We dont have AIC certification but for years we have trained in courses for the correct management of allergies and intolerances . If you let us know in advance when booking if you have any dietary need, we will prepare a dedicated menu for you.
We recommend you write down your particular needs every time you fill in the menu to avoid misunderstandings among cooks and waiters.
